Chestnut Project

Felipe Augusto and José Vicente, residents of the state of Goiás, individual micro-entrepreneurs, were looking for an international consultancy for the export of three types of nuts: Brazil nuts, cashew nuts and baru nuts. For each one of them, the most promising countries were selected and, based on that, an analysis of trends and growth of the product segment was carried out, economic-political evaluation, study on the country risk, in addition to a swot analysis with the due notes on which directions would be most recommended for them to follow. This project was carried out in 2020 together with the Junior Company of International Relations Firenze.

In the chestnut project, I took part in the research at de Baru. As I was new to the company, I was able to learn a lot about how the service searches are done, learning which are the best sites to search the NCM. Freya Project

Valdemir, a resident of the state of Pernambuco, is a founding partner of Cibral and had the great dream of exporting the craft beer produced by his company. He hired Líderi with the aim of getting to know the international market and preparing to export his product. To put Mr. Valdemir's dream into action, we have developed a combination of services that ranges from choosing the destination country to contacting potential buyers. The service began with an analysis of the situation and market research, which aimed to list the most promising countries and the right ones for export. Soon after, a bureaucratic analysis was carried out, highlighting all the bureaucracy involved in the process, in addition to a logistical analysis that studied the best means of transport for the operation, accompanied by quotes from carriers and trading companies. Finally, we offer him an international prospecting service that raises negotiation techniques and initiates contact with potential buyers.
